Student Support Scholarship

Mustafa Öncel Eğitim Kültür Araştırma ve Yardımlaşma Vakfı provides hardworking, talented and successful university students with financial support in the form of non-refundable scholarships. Students who apply for a scholarship should attach importance to moral, national and cultural values. And each student who applies is expected to demonstrate these qualities when they begin work. Scholarships are available to students who are Turkish citizens and study at state universities located in Istanbul in the departments of medicine, law, engineering, pharmacy, architecture, economics and business.
